I offer two coaching plans. Both plans include an initial 90-minute consultation where I can get to know you and your unique needs. Then we will work together to customize the plan for helping you take control of your health and wellness.

You may also want to explore yoga or qigong in a private setting, so I offer my coaching clients the opportunity to schedule sessions with me for both practices.
Private Qigong
Qigong is a standing practice that blends gentle movement, mindful breathing, and focused attention to harmonize the body’s energy flow. Anyone can do it. It’s like a dance of vitality that enhances physical health, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being.
Private Yoga
If you would like to learn the foundations, or are recovering from an injury, I offer private and semi private yoga instruction in your home, on Zoom or at the office.
